Reception is generally attended from 7 AM to 12 PM and 2 PM to 5 PM, though we’re often available outside these hours.

Check-In
Check-in is available from 2:00 PM. If you arrive early and your room is ready, you’re welcome to check in. If you need your room before 2:00 PM, please let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Self Check-In (After 6:00 PM)
If you are due to arrive after 6:00 PM, we’ll set you up for self-check-in and message you with access details. We ask for arrival times on the day or the day before so we can plan accordingly.
Check-Out
Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Please return your key to reception. If reception is unattended, drop it in the green letterbox outside.
Late Check-Out
Late check-out may be possible, depending on our schedule. Please ask in advance, and we’ll let you know if we can accommodate you. A fee may apply depending on the situation.

For after-hours assistance, a night bell is located on the side of the Key Drop box outside reception.
Please use this bell if you need to contact the motel after hours and do not have access to a phone, such as in the case of being locked out of your room.

Insert your key tag into the wall slot near the door to activate electricity for lighting, air-conditioning, Sky TV, and the microwave.
Upstairs doors can only be locked from the inside by pushing the button on the door handle.
Lost keys incur a $50.00 fee.

We offer free parking for motel guests.
Additional parking is often available on the quiet cul-de-sac street outside.

Before you arrive, we place a fresh milk bottle in your fridge to get you started with tea and coffee.

If you’d like your room serviced, please hang the Make Up My Room sign on your door by 10:00 AM.
For longer stays, we’ll work with you to arrange a housekeeping schedule that suits your needs, including vacuuming and bedding changes.
Room service includes:
• Fresh towels (please leave them on the bathroom floor if you need new ones)
• Replenishment of tea, instant coffee, sugar, hot chocolate, and toilet paper
• Emptying of bins
To help us stay eco-friendly, please reuse your towels whenever possible during your stay.

Liquid Laundromat
For laundry during your stay, a Liquid Laundromat is conveniently located next door—turn left as you exit the motel.
It’s a self-service facility requiring a Liquid Laundromat card and washing powder. Laundry powder sachets are available at reception for $2.50 each.
Cards can be obtained and credit added to the Liquid Card Centre machine. Please note that EFTPOS is the only accepted payment.
Check with reception before you go, as we may have a spare card with credit from a previous guest, which you can top up and pass on to the next guest.
Washing costs start at $5 per load, and drying also starts at $5 per load. -
Rollaway beds are available upon request at no extra charge and should be requested at the time of booking or before you arrive. Availability is limited, and not all rooms have enough space to accommodate a rollaway bed.

A cot is available as a complimentary special request item through reception. The number of cots available is limited, and they will be provided when they are available.

In the event of a fire, raise the alarm by activating one of the two call point alarms. These are located outside Unit 2 (downstairs) and near the upstairs main door inside the building.
If the alarm sounds, leave the building immediately by the nearest exit.
The assembly point is at the “Assembly Point” sign in the front car park, away from the building.
DO:
• Check the location of the nearest fire-fighting equipment.
• The hose reel is downstairs by the fence.
• The hand extinguisher is in the office.
• Leave the building immediately and close all doors behind you.
DON’T:
• Linger in rooms, passageways, or exits.
• Attempt to return to your room until the “ALL CLEAR” has been given.
• Run, particularly on stairs.
