  • Check-In

    Check-in is open from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

    If you arrive early and your room is ready, you may check-in. If you need your room before 2:00 p.m., please let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

    Late Check-In

    If you’re checking in after 5:00 p.m., we’ll send you a text with instructions on how to access your room.

    Check-Out

    Please check out by 10:00 a.m. by dropping your key in the green letterbox by reception.

    Late Check-Out

    If our schedule and bookings allow, you’re welcome to check out late. Please let us know in advance.

  • Your room is serviced every three days. If you’d like it done sooner, please hang the “Make Up My Room” sign on your door by 10:00 a.m.

    Room service includes:

    • Fresh towels (please leave them on the bathroom floor if you need new ones)

    • Replenishment of tea, instant coffee, sugar, hot chocolate, and toilet paper

    • Emptying of bins

    To help us stay eco-friendly, please reuse your towels whenever possible during your stay.

    If you need anything else, just let us know.

  • Insert your key tag into the wall slot near the door to activate electricity for lighting, air-conditioning, Sky TV, and the microwave.

    Lost keys incur a $50.00 fee.

  • Before you arrive, we place a fresh milk bottle in your fridge.

    Let us know if you require more milk.

  • Your Room includes Guest Select Sky TV.

    You have access to over 50 different channels.

  • Please ensure all doors and windows are closed when using the air-conditioning.

  • We offer free parking for motel guests.

    Additional parking is often available on the quiet cul-de-sac street outside.

  • In the event of a fire, raise the alarm by activating one of the two call point alarms. These are located outside Unit 2 (downstairs) and near the upstairs main door inside the building.

    If the alarm sounds, leave the building immediately by the nearest exit.

    The assembly point is at the “Assembly Point” sign in the front car park, away from the building.

    DO:

    • Check the location of the nearest fire-fighting equipment.

    • The hose reel is downstairs by the fence.

    • The hand extinguisher is in the office.

    • Leave the building immediately and close all doors behind you.

    DON’T:

    • Linger in rooms, passageways, or exits.

    • Attempt to return to your room until the “ALL CLEAR” has been given.

    • Run, particularly on stairs.

  • Liquid Laundromat

    For laundry dur
    ing your stay, a Liquid Laundromat is conveniently located next door—turn left as you exit the motel.

    It’s a self-service facility requiring a Liquid Laundromat card and washing powder. Laundry powder sachets are available at reception for $2.50 each.

    Cards can be obtained and credit added to the Liquid Card Centre machine. Please note that EFTPOS is the only accepted payment.

    Check with reception before you go, as we may have a spare card with credit from a previous guest, which you can top up and pass on to the next guest.

    Washing costs start at $5 per load, and drying also starts at $5 per load.
